A Holistic Approach

My approach is rooted in connection and responsiveness. I work with families to create nurturing daily rhythms, support feeding and sleep routines, and shape bedtime routines that feel calm and connected, never forced. I provide practical tools, emotional support, and one-on-one guidance to empower you to confidently guide your child toward more restful, consistent sleep, without ever feeling alone in the process.

What I believe

A Cry-it-out approach is never part of my practice and will not be recommended during our work together. Instead, I offer evidence-based strategies that honour your child’s cues and emotional needs, while building your confidence as a parent. Together, we’ll create a sleep plan that protects the parent-child bond, encourages secure attachment, and promotes more restful sleep.

Welcome, I'm Kala – Your Holistic Infant & Child Sleep Consultant.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience as a dedicated nanny and a Level 6 OCN certification, the highest in holistic sleep coaching, I’ve supported families through every stage of early childhood. My passion is helping parents guide their little ones towards healthy, restful sleep, always in a way that nurtures connection and strengthens the parent-child bond.

In recent years, my work has naturally expanded to include supporting mothers as they transition back to work. I offer personalised guidance and responsive, practical solutions that ease this important shift with your family’s emotional well-being at heart. I understand that sleep is shaped by more than just routine, it’s influenced by biology, environment, and family dynamics. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep, which is why every sleep plan I create is bespoke and carefully tailored to your family.

Troubleshoot & Tackle – £175

This package is perfect if we’ve worked together before and a new, specific sleep challenge comes up, or if you’d like an additional two weeks of support as a continuation of your comprehensive consultation. You’ll begin by completing a short questionnaire to help me better understand your little one’s sleep and what a typical day looks like.

This consultancy package offers the support, guidance, and a personalised plan you need to improve sleep for both you and your baby or child. Together, we’ll address any sleep challenges and create a sustainable plan tailored to your little one’s age, temperament, and your family’s needs. I’ll start by giving you 3- days sleep diary to understand your baby’s sleep patterns and surroundings.

    • 60–90 minute consultation call to discuss everything in detail

    • A personalised, step-by-step sleep plan
